Helping Doctors Get More Word-of-Mouth Referrals
SRL Group is developing proprietary software to focus on the emerging field of referral marketing and online reputation management.
“Word-of-mouth referrals are the most powerful source of new patients for healthcare providers,” claims David Brooks, President, SRL Group. “Despite a much lower cost and higher-quality outcomes, few practices have the tools to general more referrals from existing patients.”
In addition, according to Brooks, three out of four patients that get a provider referral from a friend or family member will search online first to check out a doctor’s online reputation. Unfortunately, missing information or bad reviews can deter a patient from seeking care.
To help solve these issues, SRL Group, is developing proprietary software and professional services to help medical practices increase new-patient acquisition from word-of-mouth referrals:
- A platform to generate more online reviews from existing patients.
- Premium listings on top healthcare websites.
- Concierge service to publish a single, consistent digital CV on the top health care and local business directory websites.
- Fast, mobile-friendly websites that contain authoritative patient education materials on 8,000 medical conditions and treatments.
- Software to track phone calls from marketing channels and match them to new patients.
