For a startup that is less than a year old, Princeton-based Offchain Labs is moving fast. The startup, founded by Edward Felten, former deputy U.S. chief technology officer and now a computer science professor at Princeton, and two Ph.D. students there, Steven Goldfeder and Harry Kalodner, raised $3.7 million in a seed round led by Pantera Capital, with backing from Compound VC, BlockNation and others.
