This is an excellent opportunity for girls to learn about technical disciplines while developing valuable team-building skills. They will also have the chance to interact with a panel of successful STEM women who will provide insights, answer questions and discuss possible mentoring opportunities.
Participants will play educational games, win prizes, interact with mentors who are successful STEM members, and enjoy a lunch that will be provided at the event. The free event is open to Somerset County residents only. Applications must be received by Oct. 4. To obtain an application form, visit www.co.somerset.nj.us/STEM. Send a completed application form to SCCOSW.STEM2019@Gmail.com.
