Advanced Data Systems and NJII Partner to Offer a Compliance Platform

Paramus, NJ - Advanced Data System Corp (ADS) has partnered with the New Jersey Innovation Institute (NJII) to offer a new service currently run by NJII’s NJ-HITEC division to help ADS clients easily comply with a number of federally mandated programs established by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS). NJ-HITEC is able to assist practices nationwide.
Through this new service, ADS is combining what had been previously separate offerings into its Bundled Initiative Compliance (BIC) Platform.  The BIC Platform represents a comprehensive package that will empower ADS clients to easily realize wide ranging potential in obtaining financial incentives available to physicians and medical practices while eliminating penalties for non-compliance.

Under the BIC Platform, ADS clients will be provided with:
·         Accurate and audit-proof attestation for Stages 1 and 2 Meaningful Use (MU)
·         Specialized Registry access which will satisfy the menu requirements for Stage 2 MU and to any future Clinical Data Registry MU requirements
·         PQRS data submission to CMS on behalf of ADS’ Eligible Professional clients
·         Alerts on additional opportunities for enhanced revenue through programs such as CMS’ Chronic Care Management (CCM) and Transitional Care Management (TCM)

Overall, ADS clients taking advantage of the BIC Platform will save time and effort when reporting on the above programs, while facilitating more efficient population management for increased Medicare reimbursement.

Surya Kuchimanchi, ADS Partner and Vice President, said, “NJ-HITEC and ADS have enjoyed an excellent relationship for several years which has now helped create the ADS BIC Platform.  ADS clients who take advantage of it are not only assured their MU attestations are correct, but that they are also audit proof. And with PQRS reporting being handled for our clients along with continual alerts on newly developed CMS programs, ADS clients can easily capitalize on incentives which can be quite significant, while eliminating penalties which can be equally as significant.”

Contact ADS at 800-899-4237, Ext. 2264 or by emailing info@adsc.com for more information on the BIC Platform, the Medics Solutions Suite for comprehensive medical practice automation, and on MedicsRCM™ for practices that prefer outsourced RCM services.
