Camden, NJ — Waterfront Ventures announced the Camden Catalyst pitch competition that will be held on September 16th in Camden, New Jersey.
Featuring a prize pool of $25,000, the competition is seeking startups and entrepreneurial students in Camden and the neighboring areas.
The team behind the competition, known as the Camden Innovation Team, is a group of advisors, founders, and professionals invested in Camden working to make it a better place for entrepreneurs and students to succeed and thrive.

Through Camden Catalyst, they’re helping provide the greater Camden area with jobs and opportunities.
“It’s our dream to see Camden transform into a vibrant city full of opportunities for startups, students, and residents,” the event website states.
“We plan to bring opportunities into Camden by providing resources and funding for startups to grow inside the city and incentives for startups on the outside to join.”
Applicants must be a new startup with a tech-related idea without any prior official funding; applications due by June 30th.
Both established teams and single founders are welcome.
