Current Developments in Blockchain Law and Policy

A discussion of emerging legal issues in blockchain, with an emphasis on Initial Coin Offerings (ICO)

Such varied pieces of code have spawned a rapidly expanding market, and a wide variety of urgent legal questions.  The panel will discuss the applicable legal regimes (including securities, commercial and corporate law) touching ICO transactions, as well as offer suggestions for the near-term future of ICO regulation.
