The summit will highlight the importance of mentoring in creating and maintaining a gender diverse STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) talent pipeline in NJ and discussing the critical need to increase the number of mentors for women and girls in STEM.
Lt. Governor Kim Guadagno has been invited to speak. Assemblyman Andrew Zwicker (D-16) will speak.
Speakers and attendees will include STEM professionals, educators and policymakers.
