McKinsey has just published an article about how to break out of your own assumptions and consider business model innovation for yourself.
They suggest ways to understand the implicit and often unstated assumptions behind your current business model, how to formulate radical new hypotheses that turn previous beliefs upside down, and then turn these into new business models.
