Newark, NJ — More than 50 educators from throughout New Jersey convened at New Jersey Institute of Technology (NJIT) Central King Building July 13 for a special forum focused on STEM.
The event, “Providing Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) for All in an Era of Tightening Budgets,” was hosted by the university’s Center for Pre-College Programs.
Discussion centered on how to design STEM programs that work, as well as on how to bring world-class opportunities to middle and high school classrooms through STEM partnerships.
