Interested suppliers must have expertise not only in electronic manufacturing, but the capability to produce a large format-finished product that ranges from 4ft. by 4ft. up to 4ft. by 8ft. The right partner should also have experience and know-how in end-of-line testing of communications antennas. After a review of candidate credentials, the RFQ will be released to a limited group of suppliers, with final suppliers selected by January 15, 2016.
