The NJ Employer Coalition for Technical Education, a partnership between NJBIA and the NJ Council of County Vocational Technical School, can connect you to area county vocational technical schools so you can take a hands-on approach to growing your future workers locally.
Companies all over the state, ranging from BMW to PSEG to your local restaurant, are all working with their local county vocational schools to find and develop talent locally. But don’t just trust us, check out this great list of employer partnerships!
