Princeton, NJ - For the third time in a row, Princeton University tops the U.S. News & World Report Best Colleges rankings. When the 2016 rankings were announced Wednesday, Princeton earned the No. 1 spot on the Best National Universities list for the third year in a row. Princeton also earned the top spot for National Universities on the U.S. News list of “Best Value Schools,” beating out Harvard, Yale, Stanford and Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
Rutgers University tied for No. 72, down two spots from the 2015 rankings. Stevens Institute of Technology also achieved a Top 75 ranking, tying for No. 75, up one spot from 2015.
Among the nation’s National Liberal Arts Colleges, Drew University achieving the highest ranking in a tie for No. 112.
Stockton University is in the Top 15 public Regional Universities of the North, ranked at #12 by U.S. News & World Report in its 2016 edition of “America’s Best Colleges” released today.
U.S. News & World Report also ranked Regional Universities. In the North region, The College of New Jersey tied for No. 3, while Rowan University tied for No. 19 and Rider University tied for No. 22. Stockton University was also in the Top 15 public Regional Universities of the North, ranked at #12 by U.S. News & World Report in its 2016 edition of “America’s Best Colleges” released today.
Stockton also was ranked overall at #53 out of 138 public and private Northern universities by U.S. News & World Report, one of the nation’s top sources of information on higher education.
