The upSKILL program can connect you with mid-level career-minded candidates who have knowledge and skills of emerging technologies. Employers can find graduates of this program who have the most up-to-date skills to fill a wide variety of technical and managerial positions, at no charge to you.
To help meet our employer member demands, NJBIA has partnered with several higher education institutions to help connect job seekers with additional technical training. The program participants received training in courses offered at the NJ Institute of Technology, Rutgers and the community colleges of Bergen, Essex, Morris and Passaic Counties.
