NICE Systems provides solutions to the world’s largest organizations to deliver better customer service, ensure compliance, combat fraud and safeguard citizens, the news release said. At its new home, the company joins high-profile tenants such as Marsh & McLennan, Thomson Reuters and Pearson Education, which occupies 200,000 square feet to anchor the property.
The building also serves as home to Jet.com, the e-commerce startup led by Marc Lore, former CEO and co-founder of Diapers.com, occupying 40,000 square feet.
Working in partnership with USAA Real Estate Company, SJP completed construction on Waterfront Corporate Center III earlier this year. The property serves as the third and final building within the firm’s mixed-use business center in the Mile Square City.”
